Our Beginners Foundations Courses are designed to help you start with confidence.
This structured 6-week course teaches the fundamentals and prepares you to move comfortably into our Essentials classes.


No experience needed. No equipment needed. Just book and turn up.

These courses are ideal if you’re brand new to boxing or kickboxing, or if you want a supportive introduction before joining regular classes.


You’ll train in a small group, learn proper technique, and build confidence week by week.
