Structured boxing and kickboxing training for children aged 3–14, with a clear pathway from beginner to advanced.

A structured introduction to martial arts designed specifically for younger children. Lil’ Dragons provides a safe, energetic, and supportive environment where children begin to build confidence, coordination, and a strong foundation for future training.
Each 30-minute session is carefully designed for young attention spans — structured enough to build discipline, but varied enough to keep children engaged and excited to return.
Sessions include:
• Striking and kicking fundamentals
• Basic grappling and wrestling movement
• Balance, coordination, and motor skill development
Alongside technique, children develop listening skills, independence, teamwork, and confidence through guided drills and short interactive games.
Classes are held on Wednesdays at 4:30 PM and Saturdays at 9:00 AM.
Lil’ Dragons includes regular gradings, allowing children to earn belts and see tangible progress as they develop their skills and confidence.
If your child is 6 and new to martial arts, we usually recommend starting with at least one term of Lil’ Dragons before progressing to our 7–14 classes. This helps build the focus and partner skills needed for the longer sessions.
