Our Kids Kickboxing programme offers an exciting introduction to punching and kicking techniques in a high-energy environment. Designed to improve agility, strength, and overall fitness, the class also teaches essential self-defence skills. Children build focus and discipline with engaging drills and fun exercises while developing their coordination and confidence. Whether your child is new to kickboxing or looking to advance their skills, this class provides a supportive space for all abilities.
Classes are held on Wednesdays at 5:00 PM and Saturdays at 9:30 AM.
Kids Jiu Jitsu focuses on ground-based techniques, teaching children to use leverage and strategy rather than strength. In this safe and structured class, students learn holds, submissions, and positional control while also developing problem-solving skills. The class promotes patience, resilience, and self-discipline, making it an excellent choice for building confidence
on and off the mats. It’s ideal for children of all fitness levels who want to learn martial arts in a fun and respectful setting.
Join us on Saturdays at 10:30 AM for grappling and ground-based skills.
Our Kids Boxing programme focuses on teaching the fundamentals of boxing in a fun and engaging environment. Children will develop key skills such as proper punching technique, footwork, and defensive movements. Beyond physical fitness, the class promotes discipline, self-confidence, and mental focus, helping children grow in and out of the ring. Perfect for beginners or those looking to sharpen their skills, this class combines structured training with an enjoyable and supportive atmosphere.
Starting January 2025, classes will take place on Mondays at 5:00 PM.
